  • Where are you located?
    I’m based in the vibrant city of Hamburg, Germany. While I originally come from the U.S., I’ve made Hamburg my home and operate my coaching practice here. I work with clients locally and around the world, thanks to the flexibility of online coaching. So, whether you’re nearby or across the globe, I’m here to support you wherever you are.
  • Are your coaching sessions available for international clients?
    Absolutely! My coaching services are available to clients no matter where they are in the world. I work with expats and English-speaking people living abroad, including those in the Hamburg area as well as globally. Since all sessions are available online, we can connect from anywhere as long as there’s a good internet connection. We’ll work out the best time for sessions based on your time zone, so it’s convenient for you. If you have any concerns about scheduling or how it works, feel free to reach out, and we can figure it out together.
  • Are the coaching sessions confidential?
    Absolutely. Confidentiality is a key part of the coaching process. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us, ensuring a safe and private space for you to explore your thoughts and goals.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes! I offer a free 30-minute Discovery call for new clients. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if my coaching approach is a good fit for you.
  • What if coaching doesn’t work for me?
    Coaching is a personal process, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why I always recommend starting with a discovery call. It’s a chance to see where you’re at and if coaching feels like the right step for you. The truth is, you have to be in the right place for this kind of support, and that timing is different for everyone. If it feels like now isn’t the right time, or if coaching doesn’t end up being what you expected, that’s completely fine. The goal is to find the kind of support that works best for you—whether it’s coaching or something else.
  • How is coaching different from therapy?
    Great question! Therapy and coaching do share some similarities, but they really focus on different things. Therapy tends to look back, helping people process past experiences, work through trauma, and manage mental health challenges. It’s often about understanding the "why" behind certain patterns or struggles. Coaching, though, is all about looking forward. When we work together in coaching, we're focused on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s more about setting goals, tapping into your strengths, and taking practical steps toward the life you want.   • How soon can I start sessions after purchasing a package?
    You can start as soon as you are ready. Once you've booked a package, we will book an initial consultation to properly meet, discuss what we can accomplish together.
  • I am located in the EU. Do you adhere to European data protection laws?
    I prioritize the privacy of my clients, which is why I adhere to European data protection laws to ensure that your information is handled carefully. All actions on my end will comply with international legislation to ensure your family enjoys the utmost security and safety.
  • How do I find the right coach for me?
    The key is finding someone who gets you and what you're looking for. Think about what’s most important to you—whether it’s having someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions, or helps you figure out practical solutions. It’s always a good idea to reach out for an initial chat to see if the vibe feels right. You should feel comfortable and supported, like you’re talking to someone who really understands where you're coming from.   • What is WhatsApp and how do I get it?
    WhatsApp is a free messaging app that lets you send texts, make voice or video calls, and share photos and documents using your internet connection. One of the great features of WhatsApp is that you can make international voice and video calls for free, as long as both you and the person you're calling have the app and an internet connection. This makes it a convenient and affordable way to stay in touch with people, no matter where they are in the world. To get WhatsApp, simply follow these steps: Go to your phone’s app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iPhone). Search for “WhatsApp” and click to download the app. Once installed, open the app and follow the prompts to verify your phone number and set up your profile.   • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can. I understand that plans change, so I offer a 48-hour window for you to cancel or modify your order after it's been placed. Simply contact me within 48 hours of your purchase, and I’ll be happy to assist you with any changes or a full cancellation. After the 48-hour period, changes or cancellations may not be possible, but feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
  • What if I need to reschedule a session?
    I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a session, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we can find another time that works for you. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee, but I always strive to be flexible.
  • How are the coaching sessions conducted?
    If you're in the Hamburg area, we can meet in person for our coaching sessions. For everyone else, I offer online sessions, which are super flexible and convenient. Whether we meet face-to-face or virtually, you’ll get the same personalized support, no matter where you’re located.
  • Why should I choose you as my coach?
